We send a thoughtful guide to help you decide what belongs on your bag - the places, passions and milestones that tell your story. Have a photo of something meaningful? A sketch, a postcard, a pet, a piece of jewelry - take a picture of anything and we'll create custom embroidery artwork for your mock-up. .

Reserve and approve
Once your icons are chosen, we create a digital mock-up and send it for your approval. Want a change? A simple call or email is all it takes. .
Production
With your approval, the remaining balance is charged and your bag enters production. Each is embroidered and finished by hand in ten to fourteen days. .

Delivery
Your finished LifeBag is carefully packaged and hand-delivered or shipped to you - ready to be carried, and one day handed down.
